01 적용 범위
이 약관은 synk.im의 기업 소개·공개 자료 안내와 SYNK가 직접 운영하는 Facebook Messenger 및 Instagram 메시지 안내 기능에 적용됩니다. 수업 등록, 유료 제작, 협업처럼 별도 계약이 필요한 서비스는 실제 진행 전에 범위·비용·일정·환불 조건을 별도로 확인합니다.
02 공개 안내와 AI 답변
웹사이트와 메시지 안내는 공개 자료를 바탕으로 일반 정보를 제공합니다. 일부 답변은 AI가 초안을 만들 수 있으며 오류가 있을 수 있습니다. 수강료·일정·등록 가능 여부·납품 조건처럼 결정을 좌우하는 내용은 담당자의 명시적 확인 전까지 확정된 제안이나 계약으로 보지 않습니다. 사람의 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.
03 이용자가 지킬 사항
- 타인의 계정·개인정보·학생 기록을 권한 없이 보내거나 요청하지 않습니다.
- 비밀번호·인증번호·결제정보와 불필요한 민감정보를 메시지에 적지 않습니다.
- 서비스를 방해하거나 보안 기능을 우회하거나 불법·위협·차별·사칭 목적에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 자동 수집이나 반복 요청으로 사이트와 메시지 기능에 과도한 부하를 주지 않습니다.
04 콘텐츠와 사용 범위
SYNK의 글·디자인·로고·캐릭터·음악·자료에 관한 권리는 SYNK 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 공개 페이지를 개인적으로 읽고 링크할 수 있지만, 별도 허락 없이 브랜드로 오인하게 재배포하거나 판매하거나 모델 학습·대량 수집용 원본으로 복제할 수 없습니다. 인용이 필요하면 출처와 링크를 표시하고 법이 허용하는 범위를 지켜야 합니다.
05 외부 서비스
Facebook, Instagram, 이메일, YouTube와 같은 외부 서비스로 이동하면 해당 서비스의 약관과 처리 기준도 적용됩니다. SYNK는 외부 플랫폼의 계정 정지, 장애, 정책 변경을 대신 통제하지 않습니다.
06 제공 중단과 책임 범위
보안, 장애, 유지보수, 법령이나 플랫폼 정책 준수를 위해 기능을 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 적용 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 공개 안내를 확인 없이 중요한 의사결정에 사용해 생긴 간접 손해나 외부 플랫폼의 장애에 대해 일괄 보장하지 않습니다. 고의 또는 중대한 과실에 관한 책임을 배제하지 않습니다.

01 Scope
These terms apply to the company information and public guide on synk.im and to Facebook Messenger and Instagram messaging features operated directly by SYNK. Lessons, paid production and collaborations may require separate terms covering scope, fees, timing and refunds before work begins.
02 Public guidance and AI
The website and messaging guide provide general information based on reviewed public material. AI may draft some replies and can be wrong. Fees, schedules, enrolment availability and delivery conditions are not a confirmed offer or contract until a responsible person expressly confirms them. You may ask for human review.
03 Acceptable use
- Do not send or request another person's account information, personal data or student records without authority.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass security, impersonate others or use the service for unlawful, threatening or discriminatory conduct.
- Do not place excessive load on the site or messaging features through automated collection or repeated requests.
04 Content
Rights in SYNK text, designs, logos, characters, music and materials belong to SYNK or their lawful owners. You may read and link to public pages for personal reference. Without permission, do not redistribute them in a way that suggests affiliation, sell them, or copy them as a source for model training or bulk collection. Lawful quotation must retain attribution and a link.
05 Third-party services
When you use Facebook, Instagram, email, YouTube or another linked service, that provider's terms and processing also apply. SYNK does not control external account restrictions, outages or policy changes.
06 Availability and liability
Features may be limited or suspended for security, maintenance, outages or compliance with law and platform policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SYNK does not promise compensation for indirect loss caused by relying on unconfirmed public guidance or by an external platform outage. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
